Front desk is open 24/7. The Hon Tre Cable Car system will be temporarily suspended from October 26, 2026, through November 10, 2026. Should the upgrades be completed ahead of schedule, the system will resume operations as soon as it is ready and approved for operation. During the suspension, speedboats will be provided as an alternative means of transportation to and from Hon Tre Island. This change in transportation will not affect guests’ itineraries, stays, or overall experience. All services on the island will continue operating as usual to serve guests. Guests must transfer to the property via boat and must arrange the transfers by contacting the property before travel, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. This property offers transfers from the airport (surcharges may apply). Guests must contact the property with arrival details 72 hours prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. One child 3 years old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms. The property has connecting/adjoining rooms, which are subject to availability and can be requested by contacting the property using the number on the booking confirmation. Pets are not allowed in the hotel. Smoking is only allowed in areas with authorized sign boards and/or outside in room balconies. In unauthorized areas and/or hotel rooms (except in balconies), smoking is strictly prohibited. If this regulation is violated, the guests must pay a compensation fee of VND 3,000,000.00 for the restoration, deep cleaning, and deodorization of the hotel’s facilities and utilities for a stay with detected smoking that affects the room conditions. Guests should not bring food and beverages from outside to the hotel. If the guests decide to do so, they must pay an additional service fee of VND 1,175,000.00 to the hotel. The hotel is not responsible for food safety or hygiene issues when guests consume food from outside. Guests should notbring fruits with a strong smell, such as durians into the hotel room. Guests are required to present their children’ identification documents, passport and/or birth certificate, and consent to being photographed upon check-in for registration purposes. The hotel will keep a copy of these documents. In the event where the guests are unable to present the child’s birth certificate or related documents, the guests/partners have by default agreed to use the child’s height to determine his or her age. A deposit must be made at the time of check-in to provide guarantee for any additional Service Requests made at the hotel and/or any other damages done by the guests (if any) to the hotel during the period of stay. The deposit will be refunded by Vinpearl at the time of check-out if the service is not used and/or there is no damage caused to the hotel . The deposit can be made in cash, bank card or credit card with these specific rates: Hotel rooms: VND 1,000,000 per room per night. Villas: VND 3,000,000.00 per villa per night. Only payment in VND is accepted. For room packages that include VinWonders tickets, the use of rides and services within the park must comply with regulations regarding age, height, weight, and other safety conditions applicable to each ride.
