Business hours: 10:00 AM–5:00 PM On the day of travel, you may need to wait for an available vehicle depending on the situation at the boarding location. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. The maximum capacity per rickshaw is 2 adult passengers. For groups of 3 adult travelers, we will arrange two rickshaws for your service. Each rickshaw is generally shared by 2 visitors, but separate rides may be arranged depending on factors like body size or weight. Additional charges for extra rickshaws must be paid on the same day. We appreciate your understanding. Visitors aged 6 and above will be charged adult fares. Children aged 0–5 (preschoolers) can ride for free, but each child must be accompanied by an adult. For example, if there are 2 adults and 2 infants traveling together, you only need to pay for the 2 adults (they can share one rickshaw, with infants sitting on the adults' laps). If one adult is accompanied by two children, the fare for two adults must be paid. Pregnancy travel policy: For safety reasons, visitors who are less than 4 months pregnant (within 16 weeks) cannot board. Visitors who are 4 months pregnant or more (17 weeks and above) can travel safely. Visitors using wheelchairs or with strollers can also board. Actual operating hours may vary by season, please confirm with each store in advance.
