Local Legends & Stories
The Yurikamome line is named after the black-headed gull, a beloved migratory bird that winters in Tokyo Bay, symbolizing the harmonious blend of nature and urban development in the Odaiba area. Toyosu itself was historically a thriving fishing and shipping district, and the Manyo Club pays homage to Japan's rich maritime and bathing heritage.

Available Facilities
Perfect Timing
When to visit for the best experience
Late afternoon is the ideal time to start, allowing you to catch the sunset over Tokyo Bay from the train before enjoying the onsen during the quieter evening hours. Spring and autumn offer the most comfortable weather for exploring the outdoor Odaiba promenades, while winter provides crisp, clear views of Mount Fuji from the higher vantage points.
Photography Guide
Capture the perfect shots
-
Capture the iconic Rainbow Bridge and Tokyo skyline from the front or back windows of the Yurikamome train just before sunset for golden hour lighting.
-
Photography is strictly prohibited inside the bathing areas of Toyosu Manyo Club to respect the privacy of other guests, so leave your phone in your locker.
-
Head to the Odaiba Marine Park beach area to get the best wide-angle shots of the Statue of Liberty replica with the Rainbow Bridge in the background.
Cultural Etiquette
Respect local customs and traditions
When using the onsen, it is customary to wash your body thoroughly at the seated shower stations before entering the communal baths, and you must not let your modesty towel touch the bathwater. Tipping is not practiced in Japan, including for massage services or restaurant staff at the Manyo Club, as excellent service is considered standard. Please keep your voice down in the relaxation rooms and train carriages to respect the peaceful environment.
Special Events & Experiences
Enhanced experiences and seasonal highlights
-
Odaiba Rainbow Fireworks in late autumn features spectacular weekly firework displays over Tokyo Bay that can be viewed perfectly from the Yurikamome line.
-
The Tokyo Bay area hosts vibrant summer beach festivals and outdoor beer gardens, making it a lively destination from July to August.
-
During the winter holiday season, Odaiba is illuminated with massive light installations and Christmas markets, creating a magical atmosphere for an evening onsen visit.
Important Guidelines & Safety
Essential safety information and guidelines
-
Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water before and after your hot spring baths to prevent dizziness or dehydration from the high water temperatures.
-
Mind the gap and hold onto handrails when boarding and exiting the automated Yurikamome trains, as they can start and stop abruptly.
-
Secure your valuables in the provided lockers at the onsen facility, as the staff is not responsible for lost items left in the changing rooms.
Visitor Information
Entry Fee
This combo ticket offers significant savings by bundling the unlimited Yurikamome 1-Day Pass with the Toyosu Manyo Club admission, which includes yukata and towel rentals. Child tickets are available at a discounted rate, while infants typically travel and enter the onsen for free when accompanied by a paying adult.
Visit Duration
Allocate at least five to six hours for this experience to comfortably enjoy a round-trip scenic train ride, a few hours of Odaiba sightseeing, and a full two-hour onsen session. If you are short on time, prioritize a quick ride across the Rainbow Bridge and head straight to the Manyo Club for a refreshing one-hour soak and relaxation.
Accessibility
The Yurikamome line and Toyosu Manyo Club are highly accessible, featuring step-free access, elevators, and dedicated wheelchair spaces on the trains. The onsen provides accessible restrooms and barrier-free pathways, though some traditional bathing areas may have slight steps, so assistance from staff can be requested.
