Re-entry is allowed, please present your admission ticket / wristband / stamp upon entry
Take your trash home with you. Please be sure to take food, drinks, and other waste back home. This affects nature and the ecosystem. Note that smoking and lighting fires are strictly prohibited in the valley.
Stay on the designated trail. Each step off the path can damage vegetation. Be especially cautious when taking photos, as it's easy to unintentionally wander off course.
Do not attempt to capture or collect plants and animals. Akame Shijuhachi Falls is designated as a national park. Capturing animals or collecting plants is prohibited.
Restrooms: There are two restrooms in the mountain valley—one is a bio-toilet, and the other has flush toilets. However, they are expected to be crowded, so please use the public flush toilets in front of the Daquan Ge Hotel first. *Note: The Japanese Salamander Center at the entrance has no restrooms.
Ascending takes priority. (However, in areas where descending is more dangerous than ascending or when there are large groups of hikers, giving way to descending may be preferable.)
Quiet Walk: Since you've come all this way, why not listen to the birds singing and the water flowing? It's a great way to heal your soul.
The Akame Natural History Museum (Ninja Training Experience Reception) or the Japanese Salamander Center (Takikyō Entrance) offer luggage storage services for a fee.
The number of participants for the ninja training experience may vary depending on group size and weather conditions.
Please arrive at least 30 min before the training starts, as you'll be required to change into ninja outfits after registering.
Ninja costumes are available for rent. The reception building provides a changing room. If you don't know how to wear the ninja costume, please ask the front desk for assistance.
During rainy weather, the ninja training experience will be conducted indoors, but may be canceled due to strong winds, earthquakes, or other reasons.
The amusement rides are free, but please use them safely under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
No dedicated parking lot. Please use the nearby paid parking. ###To prevent the spread of COVID-19
Staff Behavior Confirmation: Employees will have their health conditions checked upon arrival at work. Staff members wash their hands every time. Regular disinfection is performed on restrooms and other facilities (areas with frequent contact or potential droplet transmission). Staff will wear masks and gloves during work hours.
Measures to be taken during on-site visits: Please cooperate by wearing masks and having your temperature checked. Wear a mask while visiting. If unavoidable, please maintain sufficient distance between individuals. To ensure social distancing, you may need to wait for a period of time before using the changing room. We appreciate your understanding.
Requirements for all visitors: If you have symptoms such as fever or cough, please refrain from visiting until your symptoms subside. We kindly ask for your cooperation in maintaining sufficient distance (approximately 2 meters) between visitors and wearing face coverings. It is also important to practice good hygiene by washing hands frequently, gargling, and maintaining regular eating and sleeping habits to prevent infection.
