1. The bus does not operate 24 hours a day. Tickets must be used during bus operating hours and before the ticket expiration date.

4. Partial refunds are not available for unused items within the package. We appreciate your understanding.

8. Baggage restrictions: For safety reasons, luggage, bulky bags, large backpacks, and other oversized items are strictly prohibited on the sightseeing bus.
9. At stops served by multiple routes, please check if it's the correct bus before boarding to avoid taking the wrong vehicle and delaying your itinerary. If you have any questions, you may inquire with the staff or driver.
10. Please confirm the last bus time for the day with staff (including drivers). Do not arrive just in time for the last bus. After the last bus time, passengers can only disembark but not board. If you reach the station after the last bus has departed, you will not be able to take the bus. Therefore, we strongly recommend planning your time accordingly.

How to use:

On your selected travel date during the daytime bus operating hours, present the e-voucher provided by the supplier at the bus stop/service point/service personnel (including drivers) to redeem your ticket and other physical tickets included in the package. Please keep your physical tickets safe. Then begin your hop-on hop-off bus journey at designated route stops.
Important notes:
1) Please identify the bus operator you purchased from and show the e-voucher to the bus operator staff (including drivers) or service points.
2. After successful purchase, you will receive an e-voucher provided by the supplier. Please download it in advance and have it ready before boarding for efficient service.
3) One booking only requires one guest's info for the system to issue ticket, so the e-voucher for one booking displays one guest's info. The system automatically reads the contact person info. If you encounter this situation, please note that the name does not affect usage. Please ensure you present all pages of the e-voucher for use.
