Terms & Conditions
1. The bus does not operate 24 hours a day. Tickets must be used during bus operating hours and before the ticket expiration date.
The operating hours and frequency vary for each bus route. Some stops may be temporarily closed due to weather, season, or road conditions. Please check the official website in advance for details.
3. This product does not include nightlife.
4. Partial refunds are not available for unused items within the package. We appreciate your understanding.
The operator reserves the right to modify the contents of the package. Please refer to the official name for details.
6. Seats cannot be specified or reserved. Please follow the arrangements made by on-site staff.
The first use must be on your selected travel date.
8. Baggage restrictions: For safety reasons, luggage, bulky bags, large backpacks, and other oversized items are strictly prohibited on the sightseeing bus.
9. At stops served by multiple routes, please check if it's the correct bus before boarding to avoid taking the wrong vehicle and delaying your itinerary. If you have any questions, you may inquire with the staff or driver.
10. Please confirm the last bus time for the day with staff (including drivers). Do not arrive just in time for the last bus. After the last bus time, passengers can only disembark but not board. If you reach the station after the last bus has departed, you will not be able to take the bus. Therefore, we strongly recommend planning your time accordingly.
The in-car guide is automatically triggered by GPS. Brief delays or "post-scene playback" may occur when passing through tunnels or high-rise areas, which is a normal technical phenomenon. Thank you for your understanding!
12. The ticket validity is calculated by calendar day, so we recommend using it from the morning.
Child Policy:
Free for children under 4 who do not occupy a seat.
Children must be accompanied by a paying adult.
