Important Details “Disney Premier Access – 8 Attractions” Attraction Admission Pass (each a “Pass”) may be used for priority admission to designated attractions in the Hong Kong Disneyland Park (“Park”) subject to these Terms and Conditions. The attractions for which the Pass may be used are available on the Pass offer page on the Hong Kong Disneyland website (the “Website”) and the Hong Kong Disneyland official mobile application (“App”) designated by Hongkong International Theme Parks Limited (“HKITP”). Pass is only available from designated sales channel(s) selected by HKITP, with Purchasing Period from October 14, 2025 until September 29, 2026 and Travel Period from October 15, 2025 until September 30, 2026. Guests may not cancel or amend the type, validity date and other details of the Pass stated in the confirmation email. The Pass does not include admission to the Park. To use the Pass, Guests are required to have valid admission tickets and Park Visit Reservation for the validity date of the Pass. Passes are only valid for use on the date printed on the confirmation email. Pass not used on the validity date will be void without exchange, refund or compensation. The Pass must be used by the same Guest on its validity date. HKITP may require the Guest to present his/her personal identification or provide such other information as HKITP may require for verification purpose. If a selected attraction is closed on the validity date of the Pass, the Pass may be used once for priority entrance on the same day to one other attraction listed by HKITP for that type of the Pass, subject to the availability, capacity and operating hours of such substitute attraction. No refund, extension or other compensation will be provided. The Pass is non-transferrable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, not for resale and subject to availability. HKITP reserves the right at any time to refuse to accept the Pass or allow priority entrance to any attraction without refund or compensation if in its sole judgment (i) the Pass and/or its benefits are used for commercial or other unauthorised purposes; (ii) if any of these Terms and Conditions is violated or not complied with; and/or (iii) if HKITP considers that the circumstances so require. HKITP reserves the right to (i) amend or supplement these terms and conditions; (ii) designate or change the prices, types, validity, availability and/or block-out dates of any Pass, ticket, tour, product, service, offer, discount or promotion; and (iii) terminate or suspend the availability of any Pass, offer, discount or promotion, in each case, at any time and from time to time without prior notice, compensation, exchange or refund. Neither the Pass nor the designated queue guarantees immediate admission or enjoyment of any attraction. The Pass may only be used once for priority entrance to the selected attraction during its operating hours. Access to an attraction is subject to the safety rules and other conditions applicable to the attraction. Guests who do not meet or pass the boarding requirements or any other applicable conditions cannot ride. General Terms and Conditions applicable to the Pass Incomplete, damaged or altered Pass or Pass media will not be accepted. Lost Pass or Pass media will not be reissued. Duplicate Passes or Pass media will not be accepted. Passes are void if altered or tampered with. HKITP shall not be responsible for (and will not issue replacement in respect of) any loss, damage, forgery, theft or fraudulent or unauthorized use of any Passes or Pass media. HKITP’s record in relation to issue and usage of Passes or Pass media shall be final and conclusive. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and the other language version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail. These terms and conditions are subject to the interpretation of HKITP which shall be final and conclusive. In case of any dispute, HKITP reserves the right to make final judgment on the dispute and otherwise in respect of Pass. Terms and Conditions Reservations for the Promotion Product may be submitted any time during the whole period from October 14, 2025 – September 29, 2026 (“Reservation Period”) at least one (1) calendar day before the Promotional Product’s validity date (“Validity Date”). As an illustration, if the Validity Date is September 30, 2026, the last day for submission of Promotional Product reservations (“Last Reservation Date”) will be September 29, 2026. The Promotional Product is only valid for redemption on the Validity Date specified on the e-Voucher. Travel Provider should submit reservations for the Promotional Product on the Reservation Web Site during the Reservation Period in accordance with Section 5(e) of the Agreement. The reservation terms and conditions set out herein shall govern. Reservations for the Promotional Product are subject to the Promotional Product’s availability and such block-out dates as may be notified by HKITP at any time and from time to time. Travel Provider shall be responsible to observe the block-out dates and the availability of the Promotional Product via the Reservation Web Site prior to confirming the Promotional Product with its guests. The Validity Date must be provided at the time of reservation. No change to Validity Date is permitted. For Online Reservations in respect of the Promotional Product, Travel Provider shall provide the guest with the e-Ticket in respect of such Online Reservation. Travel Provider shall, and shall cause its Intermediary Sellers to, communicate the following redemption procedures for the e-Tickets to their respective guests, which procedures such guests must follow in order to redeem the e-Tickets: i. Guest must present the e-Ticket storing his/her Pass at the designated queue of each selected attraction. ii. The e-Ticket is only redeemable once on the Validity Date specified on the e-Ticket, and e-Ticket not so redeemed shall be invalid. iii. The e-Ticket cannot be refunded, exchanged, redeemed for cash or used as a cash equivalent. Any Online Voucher which has been damaged or altered will be invalid. The quantity and type of Promotional Product recorded on the reservation history made available to Travel Provider on the Reservation Web Site shall be conclusively deemed correct and HKITP reserves the right to pay HKITP for the Merchandise Item out in such reservation history. HKITP may elect, in its sole and absolute discretion, to accept any request by Travel Provider to cancel any Promotional Product purchased by Travel Provider on the Reservation Web Site. Cancellation requests will not be accepted if Promotional Product already redeemed. Cancellation requests must be made by Travel Provider via the Reservation Web Site. Notwithstanding the above, Travel Provider acknowledges and agrees that HKITP has no obligation to accept request for cancellation of any Promotional Product that Travel Provider has purchased. Reservations shall only be deemed cancelled if any when confirmed by HKITP in HKITP’s sole and absolute discretion with a cancellation number provided by HKITP. Early Park Entry Pass (“Pass”) may only be used by the Pass holder in person for one-time entry to the Hong Kong Disneyland Park (“Park”) via the designated entrance up to the one-hour prior to the Park’s official opening time (“Early Entry Period”) for the validity date of Pass as may be published from time to time on the Hong Kong Disneyland website (“Website”). Pass is available for purchase during such period on the Website from time to time, subject to availability and quota. When completing the online purchase, guest is required to (a) select his/her preferred admission date, and (b) provide his/her name, credit card information and other forms of personal data as Hongkong International Theme Parks Limited (“HKITP”) may require. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase. A maximum of four Passes may be purchased in each transaction on the Website. Guest may not cancel or amend the validity date and other details of Pass after the purchase. Pass is only valid for use during the Early Entry Period on the date printed on the Pass media and will expire upon the Park’s official opening time. All Passes purchased in the same transaction must be used together for Park admission. Guests using Passes must enter the Park together by presenting the Pass media and their valid admission tickets. The Pass may only be used via the designated queue at the Park Main Entrance. Queue time may vary depending on the Park’s operation on the day and guests are advised to reserve sufficient time prior to the Early Entry Period. Pass does not include immediate admission to the Park. Incomplete, damaged or altered Pass will not be accepted. Lost Pass will not be reissued. Duplicate Passes will not be accepted. Passes are void if altered or tampered with. HKITP is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience caused by computer or mobile device error. HKITP shall not be responsible for (and will not issue replacement in respect of) any loss, damage, forgery, theft or fraudulent or unauthorized use of any Passes. For maintaining appropriate social distance among Guests, Hong Kong Disneyland Resort has introduced capacity control in the Park. For 2-Day park ticket, a separate reservation is required for each of the two visit days. Please first make a reservation for the first visit. After redeeming the physical ticket upon arrival, please use the ticket reference number on physical ticket to make reservation for the second visit. How to Use Your Disney eTicket To Enter the Park Present this Disney eTicket on your mobile device, or have your printed eTicket with QR code ready to present. Proceed directly to the Main Entrance turnstile. Simply show the QR code on your Disney eTicket digitally on your mobile device or have it printed out scanned. - Please be informed that our park Gale or Storm Signal No. 8 is in force, the Park will delay opening until approximately 2 to 3 hours after the signal is canceled. If the signal is canceled in about 7 hours before the park closing time today (i.e. 14:00), the Park will remain closed for the rest of the day. Inspiration Lake Recreation Centre will be closed until further notice.
- Regular days operating on Monday & Wednesday except for Peak Day & Peak Plus Day.

How to Use Your Disney eTicket:
- Present this Disney eTicket on your mobile device, or have your printed eTicket with QR code ready to present.
- Proceed directly to the Main Entrance turnstile. Simply show the QR code on your Disney eTicket digitally on your mobile device or have it printed out scanned. You will not need to wait in the Ticket Booth Purchase queue.
- Each Ticket must be used by the same Guest. A photo of you will be taken at the turnstile before entry to the Park.
- You will be granted admission to the Park after your valid eTicket has been scanned.
