How to use

Show your mobile or printed voucher at the venue unless your confirmation email says otherwise. Ticket redemption steps are finalized when you choose a package in the partner portal.

Terms & conditions

Know in Advance:

Cruise time is between 7.00pm and 9.30pm, boarding time starts at 6.15pm
The time you have selected/shown during booking is the cruise time and boarding time starts 45 minutes before cruise time
For option with transfers, there is a supplement of AED 50 per Adult & AED 50 per Child will apply for Sharjah, Ajman, and Jebel Ali pick-up aside from the above transfer rates
If you have selected one of the options with transfer, you will receive the contact details of the local partner to confirm your hotel name and address for pick-up on the voucher
For the pick-up option: the time displayed on the voucher is the cruise time, not the pick-up time
Please note that live entertainment has been put on hold until further notice by the government

- If you choose option without transfer, the meeting point is in front of the Al Faris Cruise in Dubai Festival City Mall Waterfront - If you choose the option with transfer, you will be picked up from your accomodation in Dubai. Please indicate your pickup details at checkout and confirm these directly with the local operator after booking
