Terms & conditions

1. When making a booking, please carefully verify the name, date of use, flight route and number, passenger count, and contact information. Ensure all details are accurate, as you will be responsible for any issues arising from incorrect information that prevents service usage after successful booking.
2. Children and infants cannot travel alone and must be accompanied by an adult. Please include the accompanying adult's booking number when placing your order. Child tickets are required for children aged 2–10. Infants aged 1 and under travel for free.
3. If this flight is canceled or fully booked, we will contact you to reschedule or cancel without any compensation. We appreciate your understanding.
4. The boarding and disembarking terminals are the same. Please arrive at the corresponding terminal ticket office at least 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time slot to redeem your ticket. If you miss your departure time slot due to personal reasons such as going to the wrong terminal or not arriving early enough, you will be responsible for any consequences.
Urgent orders are not accepted on weekends and Hong Kong public holidays. Please book in advance!
Prices will be adjusted on July 1, October 1 (National Day), December 24–26 (Christmas), December 31, and January 1. Please refer to the system for the latest rates. Thank you for your attention!
7. In case of typhoon signal no. 8 or above, cruise services will be suspended. Passengers may call the cruise company directly to inquire about service availability on that day. (Cruise company phone: +852 2802 2886)
8. Passengers are not allowed to bring any animals into the pier area or on board the ship.
The Bauhinia cruise was designed in earlier years and does not have wheelchair-accessible facilities.
