[Terms and Conditions]
1. The Redemption QR code(s) on the confirmation email cannot be used for boarding the bus directly. Please download the Citybus 'HK City Sightseeing' mobile app or use WeChat “Citybus Mall” in order to redeem and activate the ticket pass
2. Please ensure that the device you are using for the e-ticket has internet access. If you are unable to present your e-ticket due to lack of internet access, you will not be able to board the bus and this could not be a reason for requesting a refund.
3. Please do not copy or modify this Redemption QR code in any way, otherwise the redemption will be forfeited
4. Damaged or lost Redemption code(s) in this confirmation will not be re-issued
5. Each participant will have their own unique activation code for redemption purpose
6. Redemption QR Code(s) are valid for use by the bearer only and cannot be transferred, sold or shared
7. The ticket is non-refundable
8. The order could not be cancelled
[360 Lantau Open-Top Bus]
1. Availability of hop-on and hop-off bus service is subject to the availability of vacant seats on the 360 Lantau Open-Top Bus. The bus driver reserves the right to refuse boarding to guests holding 360 Lantau Open-Top Bus bus tickets if vacant seats are unavailable.
2. The listed arrival times are for reference only. The actual arrival time of the 360 Lantau OpenTop bus may vary due to road traffic conditions and unforeseeable circumstances.
3. Ngong Ping 360 and Citybus reserves the right to deviate the 360 Lantau Open-Top Bus from the designated bus route based on road and traffic conditions on the day of travel.
4. Guests must allocate sufficient time for boarding the bus and the required travel time. Ngong Ping 360 and Citybus bears no liability or responsibility if the actual bus travel and arrival time differ from the estimated time.
5. If the open-top sightseeing bus serving 360 Lantau Open-Top Bus is not available for use because of, inter alia, parts failures or adverse weather conditions, Ngong Ping 360 and Citybus reserves the right to substitute another non open-top bus to continue the journey. Ngong Ping 360 and Citybus also has the sole discretion to vary, without prior notice, the service hours, frequency, route and bus stop locations taking into account traffic conditions, weather conditions or any other factors. Ngong Ping 360 and Citybus shall not accept any responsibility or be liable to ticket holders for any damages or losses caused by or arisen out of the aforesaid or due to any other reasons whatsoever.
6. Ngong Ping 360 and Citybus will not be held liable for any loss, inconvenience, or refund resulting from bus breakdowns, traffic congestion, adverse weather conditions, or other eventsbeyond the control of the company.
7. Ngong Ping 360 and Citybusmay, at its discretion, require any person to disembark from the service if their conduct is deemed offensive or disruptive to other passengers, or if their behaviour poses a risk to their own safety or the safety of other passengers. Ngong Ping 360 will not have any further liability in such cases. With the exception of guide dogs, no animals or pets are allowed on board the bus.
8. Eating, drinking, smoking, and consuming alcohol are strictly prohibited on the 360 Lantau Open-Top Bus.
9. Items or luggage on board must not be dangerous or offensive in any way. The bus captain has the right to refuse passengers from boarding or riding the bus if they are carrying items or luggage that do not comply with the above regulations. The items or luggage must be placed in the luggage rack or designated storage area and must not occupy any seats or be placed in the aisle or on the stairs of the bus.
10. Please take good care of your personal belongings. Ngong Ping 360 and Citybus will not be responsible for any loss or damage.
11. Bus tickets for 360 Lantau Open-Top Bus are non-transferable, non-resalable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Sold tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, or refunded.
12. This offer cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional offers.
13. The operating hours of 360 Lantau Open-Top Bus are subject to change due to inclement weather or other special circumstances. Please refer to the Ngong Ping 360 website for updated information before departure.
14. Ngong Ping 360 Limited and Citybus reserve the right to modify the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
15. In the event of any disputes, the decision of Ngong Ping 360 Limited and Citybus shall be final.

1. This ticket is not applicable to Citybus Urban and N.T. Routes, Citybus City One Shatin Residents' Service Route 61R & 88R, other Citybus' Non-Franchised Service and HK City Sightseeing Route H1, H2, H3, H4, H1S, H2K
2. In the event of any disputes, the decision of Citybus shall be final.
3. Citybus reserves the right to terminate or change the discount offer and/or amend these terms at any time
