How to use
Show your mobile or printed voucher at the venue unless your confirmation email says otherwise. Ticket redemption steps are finalized when you choose a package in the partner portal.
Terms & conditions
- No sales from January 6 to 8, 2025.
- Closed every Wednesday from January 9 to February 26, 2025.
- Studium mini tour lasts about 30 minutes.
- Each ticket can only be exchanged once per day. Lost tickets cannot be reissued.
- Tickets can only be exchanged during SnowPark operating hours (9:30 AM - 4:00 PM).
- Tickets are valid only on that day, not for multiple days.
- Tickets cannot be purchased directly at the ticket counter on that day.
- Sales may be suspended or canceled due to weather or other unforeseen factors, and refunds may be issued. Thank you for understanding.
- Studium mini tours may not be held on some days. In such cases, 2 additional tower eleven baseball tickets will be provided.
About ICEPARK
- Children (3-12 years) must be accompanied by an adult.
- Children (3-12 years) must wear a helmet and protective gear.
- Recommended for high school students and older to wear helmet and gear.
- Helmets and protective gear are available for free rental.
