How to use admission tickets
· All admission tickets are for designated dates and times.
On the day of your visit, present your e-ticket at the on-site ticket office to exchange for a physical ticket.
At the reception desk, please open the usage page via the link in the promo code you received upon purchase, tap "Use", and show the screen to the staff.
You need to use a smartphone to open the webpage, so please check your network connection.
- Screenshots and printouts are not accepted.
Important Notes
Children under 12 must be accompanied by someone aged 16 or over. Free for children under 3.
- Access and usage may be restricted based on congestion levels
Middle school and high school students must present their student ID for admission.
Individuals with disability certificates can enjoy concession tickets. Please present your proof at the ticket office on the day of visit to purchase admission tickets.
- Outside food and drinks are prohibited.
Only service animals with valid ID are allowed; other pets are prohibited.
- Intoxicated guests may be denied entry and no refunds will be issued. We appreciate your understanding.
- Do not operate the admission ticket yourself; it must be handled by facility staff; if it shows "used," it is no longer valid. Present your e-ticket to pick up and use your tickets.
