Notes for admission tickets
• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons, discounts, etc.
• This ticket does not include fast entry privileges. Please queue at the venue and follow staff instructions for entry.
• Operating hours may be subject to minor adjustments due to seasonal changes.

E-ticket usage
• Please note that admission vouchers cannot be presented via tablet using a URL.
• Please note that the URL admission voucher must be presented and used on a mobile device with internet access.
• Please be careful to avoid accidentally triggering the ticket verification process. Once the admission ticket is marked as used, it will no longer be valid even if presented.
• Please ensure the ticket verification is performed by the staff.
Prohibited items
• Admission will be denied to intoxicated guests.
• No outside food or beverages are allowed. (Exceptions include baby food and special meals for allergies)
Hot spring facilities
• If you meet any of the following conditions, you will not be allowed entry. Please do not purchase if applicable. No refunds or transfers will be granted if you are denied entry due to meeting any of these conditions.
· Individuals with tattoos or using transfer stickers.
· Persons associated with violent groups.
· Excessive alcohol consumption.
· Diaper users.
· Individuals with skin diseases or infectious diseases.
Photography-related
• Single-leg or tripod use is not allowed.
• The use of drones is prohibited within the facility.
Important Notes
Admission tickets for disabled individuals must be purchased at the ticket office with valid proof presented.
· Do not wear cosplay costumes or wedding dresses when entering the park.
If you have been infected with COVID-19 or have been in contact with an infected person but have not tested negative and have not self-isolated for 14 days, please do not enter the park.
Before entering the park, we will conduct a temperature check. If your temperature exceeds 37.5°C (99.5°F) or if you exhibit symptoms such as coughing, sneezing, runny nose, or any signs of a cold or discomfort, we reserve the right to deny entry. Please be advised.
· According to the Immigration Control Act, if you enter Japan from a restricted area and do not voluntarily quarantine for at least 14 days, we will deny your entry. Please be advised.
