- Each visitor must have a ticket for admission, and the ticket can only be used to enter and exit the museum once on the same day.

- Children aged 12 or below are allowed to enter the museum only if accompanied by an adult.
- When visiting the museum, you are not allowed to bring large objects or luggage; please keep your valuables by yourself. The museum is not responsible for any loss.
- If a visitor behaves abnormally or causes nuisance to others, the staff has the right to ask the visitor to leave the museum.
- If visitors experience any discomfort, accident or emergency, please notify the staff immediately for assistance.
- Unless otherwise approved by the Museum, no promotional activity or distribution or posting of promotional materials are allowed in the Museum.
- Please do not use flash, selfie sticks or tripods to take photos or videos in the museum. Commercial and non-visit photography is not allowed without the museum’s permission.
- Please keep the venue clean and tidy. Smoking, eating and drinking are strictly prohibited in all public areas of the museum.
- Do not deface or damage the museum’s collections, installations, walls, and facilities. If you are found to have caused damage, you must pay the price, and the museum reserves all rights to pursue criminal liability in accordance with the law.
- Please do not make loud noises or fight in the museum. Do not walk backwards or run on escalators to avoid accidents.
- Visitors should refer to the instructions and rules of the multimedia interactive equipment and games and operate them under the guidance of the staff.
- People with heart disease, hypertension, pregnant women, people with disabilities, Senior over 65 years old and children under 12 years old should carefully choose interactive equipment and games that are suitable for them to participate in.
- Please consciously abide by the visiting order and follow the on-site instructions of the staff. When the number of visitors approaches the upper limit of the capacity, or in case of emergencies or special activity, the museum will take measures such as diversion or partial visits. Visitors must cooperate and follow the arrangements of the staff.
- When student groups visit the museum, the teachers accompanying the group are obliged to provide safety education to the students before entering the museum in order to jointly maintain the safety of exhibits and ensure good visiting order.
- The Museum reserves the right to close the Museum for safety or other reasons in an emergency or when a Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 3 or above is about to be hoisted. Visitors are advised to leave according to the staff’s instructions.
- For security reasons, closed-circuit televisions have been installed throughout the museum for 24-hour recording.
- Please comply with and pay attention to the above matters, otherwise the staff has the right to ask the relevant persons to leave the museum.
- For safety reasons, quantity game experiences have age, height and weight restrictions. You must also wear flat shoes that fully cover your feet. High heels are prohibited.
