Terms & conditions

· Individuals with tattoos (including fashion tattoos, small tattoos, or tattoos covered by stickers), those identified as gang members or part of anti-social groups, intoxicated persons, individuals suspected of having skin diseases or other contagious illnesses, and those behaving inappropriately and disturbing other guests will be denied entry.
· Children aged 7 and above are prohibited from using bathhouses of the opposite gender. Additionally, children wearing diapers are not allowed to bathe in the tub. Infant baths are available.
· A replacement fee of 3,000 yen will be charged if you lose the locker key provided upon entry.
The admission ticket includes the rental fee for bath towels and face towels. Shower gel, shampoo, and other toiletries are provided in the bathroom, while hairdryers and skincare products are available at the washbasin.
· Free VIP lounge access available on the second floor, with complimentary Wi-Fi in some areas of the hotel.
