Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. 5. The park provides shower rooms. Please bring your own swimwear, towels, and change of clothes. To prevent capybaras from accidentally ingesting drawstring clothing, you must wear the long-sleeved cold-proof jackets we provide. 6. No refunds will be issued for participants who cancel after the event start date or fail to attend without prior notice. 7. To protect your health and safety as well as the capybaras', the organizer reserves the right to cancel the event if the temperature is too low on the day. 8. In the event of uncontrollable natural disasters such as heavy rain warnings, typhoons, earthquakes, etc., when the Central Weather Bureau announces work and class suspensions, or large-scale epidemic outbreaks leading to government-issued travel restrictions that result in trip cancellations, free cancellation with a full refund is available. However, we are not responsible for any additional costs incurred due to postponement or cancellation beyond the ticket price. 9. Free cancellation and refund are available in case of park closure dates. For details on operating hour changes, please refer to announcements on the official Facebook page. 10. Due to private events being held in the park, if your booking coincides with a private event, we will notify you to assist with ticket cancellation and refund. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. 11. The Deer Island Capybara Ecological Park reserves the final right of interpretation. 1. This ticket type is a full-price ticket. Please purchase other ticket types on-site. 2. Visitors eligible for the concession ticket must purchase tickets on-site and present relevant ID for verification. Full-price tickets will be required if proper identification cannot be provided. 3. If holders of discounted tickets or concession tickets enter with full-price tickets, they cannot request a partial refund or compensation for the ticket price difference. 4. To ensure the safety of animals and visitors, running, playing, and making loud noises are strictly prohibited in the park as animals can be easily frightened. Your cooperation is appreciated. 5. Smoking, drinking, and betel nut chewing are strictly prohibited in the park. If any of these behaviors are observed by staff, the offender will be asked to leave immediately. 6. The voucher must be used on the day of entry and is only valid for in-park purchases. It cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to others. Only service animals with valid ID are allowed; other pets are prohibited. 8. Outside food and beverages are prohibited. Flash photography is prohibited in the venue.
