Any cancellations and amendments must notify The Company in writing by email. Verbal advice is not valid under any circumstances. However, any tickets issued are non-refundable and non-changeable. Customers must strongly cooperate with the rules and regulations.

Welcome to our unique marine mammal show! An exclusive program of performances of dolphins and seals and communication with these amazing animals will charge you with positive emotions for many days to come. And it’s hard to describe how happy your children will be! Be sure to visit the show at the dolphinarium, and believe us – you will definitely come to us more than once!

Dolphinarium is open from 10:00 to 19:00 hrs, Show times: 11:00, 14:00, 17:00 hrs. Swimming times : 12:00 PM / 03:00 PM / 06:00 PM Closed on every Wednesday

How to use
- Show Mobile Ticket: At counter number 1 at the front.
- Please come at least 30 minutes before the show starts.
- Please contact our staff 15-20 minutes before the start of the swimming for registration.
Terms & conditions
Admission
- Customers must use the service on the date specified on the ticket. If the service is used on a different date, customers will be required to purchase a new ticket onsite at the walk-in rate.
- Tickets are valid only for the selected date and time.
- The above rates are per person and inclusive of 7% VAT.
Eligibility
- Child refers to guests whose height is between 80–120 cm, and the age must not exceed 12 years old.
- Children under 80 cm are considered infants and can enter free of charge under adult supervision, with no seat provided.
- Swimming with dolphins is permitted for adults and children aged 6 years and above. Children under 6 years old are not allowed to participate.
- The swimmer’s weight must not exceed 100 kilograms. For swimmers weighing 100 kilograms or more, the program may be provided with exceptions for certain parts of the activity.
- People with acute or chronic skin diseases, mental illnesses, cardiovascular diseases, sexually transmitted diseases, helminthiasis, other infectious diseases, those under the influence of drugs or alcohol, pregnant women, people with special needs, and those with infantile cerebral palsy are not allowed to swim with dolphins.
Attraction Access
- Please make your booking at least 1 hour in advance before the service time.
- Show duration: 50 minutes per round.
- Swimming duration: 10 minutes per round.
Additional Information
- The above rates are subject to availability.
- Customers who present a Child ticket but exceed 120 cm in height will be required to pay the price difference from Child to Adult at the Company’s selling rate before entering the show.
Important Notes
- Free cancellation is allowed if cancelled at least 24 hours before the show time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the show time and No-Show cases will be charged 100% of the ticket price.

How to Get There
- By taxi or private car: Easily accessible by road from Pattaya city center. Public transportation options are limited; taxis are the most convenient way to reach the Dolphinarium.
