Ryze Hong Kong

All persons entering RYZE HONG KONG are required to comply with the following park regulations. Anyone who fails to comply with the following regulations may be asked to leave the park. We believe that you will want to help us ensure that the park and its facilities are a safe place for you to enjoy a fun-filled experience. To ensure your safety, CCTV is available throughout the park.
• RYZE HONG KONG reserves all rights to refuse entry to, prohibit entry to or request any person to leave the Park:
• Behaving in a manner within the Park that RYZE HONG KONG deems to affect or may affect the experience of other visitors;
• Use threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, or be provocative in any way, or take actions that may provoke a breach of the peace;
• Failure to follow written or verbal safety instructions or engaging in behavior that could endanger the safety of the individual or other park visitors.
• All persons entering the park must sign a waiver, pay an admission fee and wear a valid wristband. Wristbands may be submitted for inspection if requested by staff. Anyone attempting to enter the park or found within the park without a valid wristband may be asked to leave.
• Wristbands are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-resalable. Wristbands will become invalid if modified or altered.
• All visitors must wear Ryze anti-slip socks. Ryze anti-slip socks are designed specifically for RYZE parks, so we only accept our anti-slip socks and not anti-slip socks from other parks/brands. Visitors wearing anti-slip socks from other parks/brands are not allowed to use the facilities within the venue.
• All visitors must abide by the following ticket purchase rules:
• Children 2 years old and under can enter for free, but must be accompanied by an adult. Accompanying persons must purchase adult admission ticket to redeem free admission ticket;
• Children 6 years and under can enjoy discounted fares, while children over 7 years old are charged the Adult Ticket;
• Children under 13 years of age may not be left alone without the supervision of a parent or guardian.
• No dogs or any other pets are allowed in the park.
• Any weapons, fireworks, smoke bombs, glass bottles or other objects that could cause harm are not allowed. Throwing any objects that could cause harm or distress is strictly prohibited.
• The consumption of alcohol is prohibited anywhere within the park. Therefore, no alcoholic beverages may be brought into the park and any guest found in possession of or under the influence of alcohol will be denied entry or asked to leave the park.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere within RYZE HONG KONG.
• RYZE HONG KONG will do its best to ensure maximum number of facilities and play areas are open. However, for operational/safety reasons, we may temporarily close any part of the park without prior notice and without refund or compensation.
• Visitors shall indemnify RYZE HONG KONG against all actions, claims and demands resulting from any death, injury, loss, damage, distress, inconvenience or anxiety caused to others suffered or incurred by other visitors or their authorised persons arising out of their use of the Facilities.
• Visitors shall indemnify RYZE HONG KONG against all actions, claims and demands arising from or in connection with any death, injury, loss, damage, distress, inconvenience or anxiety caused to others suffered or incurred by other visitors or their authorised persons arising out of their use of the Facilities.
• RYZE HONG KONG or other authorized parties may from time to time take photographs and/or videos of the Park where visitors may be present. By accepting these Terms, you agree that RYZE HONG KONG or any authorized party may use such images in any promotional, advertising or publicity materials of any kind. You further agree that the copyright in such materials belongs to the Park or such authorized party (as the case may be).
• Any conduct that is against public morals is against common law. The park reserves the right to report such cases to the police.
• If you*******or*********on the premises, a cleaning fee of HK$800 will be charged.
• In case of any disputes, RYZE HONG KONG reserves the right of final decision.
