The operating days and hours for tea shops, museum stores, and matcha shops within the park vary by store.
Pets are not allowed. Pets are not permitted inside the attraction (except for guide dogs and hearing assistance dogs).
Smoking is prohibited in the park.
Please do not remove any plants, trees, or other living organisms from the park. (The use of insect nets is also prohibited.)
Eating and drinking are prohibited in the inner courtyard and the former residence of the Sohara family.
Permission is required in advance for using the buildings and gardens as well as taking commercial photos
Bicycles, skateboards, and similar items are prohibited from being ridden or brought into the park.
Please take away any food and beverages brought from outside and help keep the park clean.
When taking photos or sketching, please be mindful of the people around you.
