Visitors who have purchased admission tickets must make a timeslot reservation after ticket inspection, either through self-service reservation machines or by scanning the on-site QR code. To ensure a smooth booking and viewing experience, please provide your real name, ID number, and mobile number when purchasing tickets. After successfully booking a performance timeslot, visitors must present a printed or digital reservation voucher at the entrance during the specified timeslot for ticket verification. The reservation voucher is only valid for the booked timeslot and expires afterward. Each voucher allows one person to attend one performance timeslot and cannot be reused. Once a show timeslot is successfully reserved, it cannot be refunded or modified, and lost tickets will not be reissued. Please keep your reservation confirmation safe. Shanghai Tower reserves the right to pursue legal action against ticket evasion, omission, scalping, or resale. Eating and drinking are prohibited in the venue. Please follow the instructions from our staff. To ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone, please switch your phone and other devices to silent or vibrate mode during the performance.
