Admission notice
1. Booking time: Admission tickets must be booked at least 1 day in advance; same-day tickets are not available.
2. Admission time: Admission ends one hour before the park closes. Please check the ticket inspection time on the attraction's official website.
3. Entrance location: Shenzhen Happy Valley;
4. How to enter the attraction: Travelers must present the ID card used at the time of booking to enter by scanning the ID card on site. No ticket collection is required. QR codes cannot be used for entry.
5. Admission ticket validity: Valid only on the specified date of visit, with one-time entry allowed.

1. You must bring your ID card for verification when entering the attraction.
2. Attraction opening hours:
Open 2/14–2/16, Mon–Fri & Sat, Sun: 10:00 AM–10:00 PM
Open 2/17–3/28, Mon–Fri: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM; Sat–Sun: 10:00 AM–8:00 PM

Change & cancellation policies
1. The mobile number, ID number, and travel date provided during booking cannot be modified.
Unused vouchers are refundable within 30 days after expiration.
Once the admission ticket is verified, it is considered consumed and cannot be refunded or modified.
