Admission guidelines
1. Booking time: Same-day tickets can be purchased before 7:00 PM on the day of visit.
2. Admission hours: Last admission is one hour before closing. Please check the ticket check-in time on the official attraction website.
3. Entrance location: Shenzhen Happy Valley;
4. How to enter the attraction: Travelers must present the ID card used at the time of booking to enter the attraction by scanning the ID card on site. No ticket collection is required. QR codes alone cannot be used for entry.
5. Admission ticket validity: Valid only on the specified date of visit, with one-time entry allowed.

Open 2/14–2/16, Mon-Fri & Sat-Sun: 10:00 AM–10:00 PM
Open 2/17–3/28, Mon–Fri: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM; Sat–Sun: 10:00 AM–8:00 PM
3. In-park fees and prices are subject to on-site announcements.
Snow Eagle and Roaring Rapids rides are temporarily closed. Please refer to the on-site attraction announcement for the latest updates.

Change and cancellation policy
1. The mobile number, ID number, and travel date provided during booking cannot be modified.
Unused vouchers are refundable within 30 days after expiration.
Once the admission ticket is verified, it is considered consumed and cannot be refunded or modified.
