- Tickets are non-transferable to others
- The visit date is non-changeable
- Ticket is non-refundable after booking confirmed
- Name as passport and photo (4x6), phone contact on WhatsApp contact are required when booking process
- Ticket can visit all temples except Kulen mountain
- Tickets are not transferable to other third parties and are not reimbursed any lost or missed ticket will need to be purchased new at Angkor

- Not recommended for travelers who got legs or back problems
- Ticket will be delivered one day before from 17:00-20:00 however ticket is valid on the next day visit only
- Sunblock highly recommended to bring for whole day visit
- Professional commercial camera or Video have to request an approval letter from the authority, otherwise, is not allowed to be brought in
