Note: - Only international visitors with "temporary visitor" stamped on their passports can purchase and use this. Not applicable to Japanese citizens/residents. - A passport is required when exchanging for a physical ticket. The Hankyu Railway pass can be exchanged at the Hankyu Tourist Information Centers in Osaka Umeda and Kyoto Kawaramachi. Meanwhile, the Hanshin Railway pass can only be exchanged in Osaka. All exchange counters have operating hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily. - Physical tickets can be redeemed in advance. As the service center tends to be crowded in the morning, we recommend visiting the afternoon before your planned visit.
