The admission ticket is valid for single use only and cannot be used for re-entry. Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult (18 or older) at all times, with a maximum of 4 children per adult. All visitors must watch the entire introductory video before entering. Smoking is prohibited inside the venue. Bringing outside food and beverages, including candy and chewing gum, is prohibited. Food and drinks can be purchased and consumed in designated areas. Cameras are allowed in the exhibition, but flash photography, tripods, lighting equipment, selfie sticks, and other auxiliary devices are prohibited. Visitors wearing high heels, flip-flops, sandals, or other unsafe footwear, as well as those carrying large personal items, are not permitted to enter the exhibition. All visitors enter at their own risk. The exhibition is dimly lit, with uneven floors and some unstable areas. All visitors, especially seniors, pregnant women, and wheelchair users, should be extra careful when visiting the exhibition and viewing the artworks. Some areas inside the exhibition can only be accessed via stairs. For safety reasons, wheelchair users may not be able to access certain areas. Some exhibition areas may be temporarily closed without prior notice. Some exhibits feature strong lighting and loud sound effects, which may cause temporary sensory discomfort. Visitors are prohibited from touching any equipment or devices, including LEDs, transparent screens, mirrors, sensors, projectors, and lighting fixtures. Some exhibition areas have mirrored floors. If needed, you can borrow a cover cloth for privacy. You may get splashed in some exhibition areas. Rain gear is available for loan if needed. Commercial photography or interviews are not permitted without prior approval. For safety reasons, visitors may need to queue for entry depending on the venue's capacity. Ticket holders are responsible for their own round-trip transportation to the exhibition. All visitors with flu-like symptoms such as fever, muscle pain, sore throat, cough, or runny nose, including children over 3 years old, must wear masks at all times. The ticket office for teamLab Borderless stops selling tickets on the same day, and the last admission to the exhibition is 45 minutes before closing time. Without the prior written consent of Golden Light Ticketing, the admission ticket may not be resold or offered for resale. Unless the activity is postponed or canceled, no refund or ticket redemption will be allowed.
