Adult tickets are required for middle school students and above, child tickets are required for elementary school students, and toddler tickets are required for preschool children.
Primary school students and preschoolers must be accompanied by a guardian. Those under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian after 22:00, and those under 16 must be accompanied by a guardian after 19:00.
Naminohana Hot Spring is a public bath-style hot spring facility. The bathing ticket is valid for one-time use on the day of purchase. If you wish to bathe again, you will need to pay the bathing fee again.
From the first grade of elementary school, boys and girls must bathe separately.
Lost items are only kept at the venue for one week. Items unclaimed beyond this period will be disposed of. We appreciate your understanding.
Entry is strictly prohibited for individuals identified as organizers of violent crimes, those with tattoos (including temporary tattoos), and those under the influence of alcohol.
Please place your shoes in the shoe box when entering the venue and keep the locker key safe by yourself.
In accordance with the regulations of the Public Health Center, please do not bring food or beverages into the facilities and bathrooms.
If causing disturbance to other guests, you may be asked to leave the venue.
People with skin diseases or other infectious diseases are not allowed to participate.
Pets are not allowed inside the venue.

The bathroom is equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
The venue shall not be held responsible for any accidents, thefts, or other incidents that occur within the premises.
The use of mobile phones, smartwatches, and other electronic devices, as well as photography and videography, is prohibited in the bathroom and changing room.
Please be sure to store your valuables in the locker and keep the key with you at all times.
