The Dubai Balloon at Atlantis is accessible for wheelchairs and baby strollers, Please speak to a ground crew member for assistance loading and unloading the balloon gondola
The wheelchair or stroller must have a braking or locking system to prevent unsecured movement in flight. There are extra wheelchairs on-site, which you are welcome to use for the duration of the flight.
For each adult holding a valid ticket, one infant (under the age of three) gets a complimentary ticket.Proof of age is required at the entrance when redeeming a ticket for a child or infant.
