Ferry services may be canceled for the entire day due to unfavorable sailing conditions caused by the northeast monsoon. We appreciate your understanding. 5. Whale and dolphin sightings are not guaranteed as sea conditions and weather vary daily. No refunds will be issued for this reason. Thank you for your understanding. 6. If no whales or dolphins are spotted, you only need to pay a TWD 300 insurance fee on your next visit to enjoy the named "One More Trip Voucher" offer. 7. Group size: 15 or more. If the number of participants does not meet the minimum requirement, the trip will be canceled. A cancellation email will be sent 2 days prior to the departure date. 8. What to expect
March to October every year is a good time for whale and dolphin watching in Hualien waters. In this sea area, we have more than 20 species of whales and dolphins, including humpback whales, sperm whales, beaked whales, bottlenose dolphins, Frost's dolphins, patterned dolphins, spinner dolphins, etc.
Classic whale watching tour 1.5~2 hours! Sailing with Whale World, the catch rate is as high as 95%. The entire trip is steered by a captain with more than 40 years of actual maritime experience, who knows the waters around Hualien like no other!

5. Marine activity may vary due to daily sea conditions and weather conditions, so there is no guarantee that passengers will be able to see whales and dolphins, and passengers cannot request a refund on this basis. Please note.
