The ticket package is valid for 14 days. That is, it must be used up within 14 days (including the day of first use) following the use of any product. For example: If the first product is used on January 1, 2023, the latest usage deadline is January 14, 2023. ※No refunds will be accepted if any product or gift in the combo ticket has been redeemed. Taiwan Tourist Shuttle Xitou Line 1. The round-trip bus card does not include reserved seating. Please redeem your ticket at the service counter and queue for the Xitou line with a numbered ticket, or reserve your outbound and return seats 2–5 days before departure on the official Nantou Holiday website. After reservation, present your QR code at the counter on the day of travel to redeem your round-trip ticket for the Xitou line and receive a numbered ticket for your reserved departure time slot. (For the return trip, check in at the Xitou station counter.) 2. The ticket contains NTD 180 in stored value, which can only be used for rides. If the stored value is depleted, you must top it up before boarding. 3. Taiwan Tourist Shuttle [Xitou Line] departure time slots and schedule.
