① Age of the participant (age shall be based on the date of birth in the passport): 12-65 years old (under 18 years old need guardian's signed consent) Children aged 12-16 must be accompanied by a paying adult Children over 12 years old are charged the same price as adults Under 18s require parental consent ② Weight: 50 – 100 kg ③ Height: no less than 130cm ④ Clothing: Moderately comfortable clothing – no skirts, dresses, slippers or shoes that can easily fall off ⑤ Must be in good health and not pregnant. Not suffering from any of the following conditions: epilepsy, severe craniocerebral injury, periodic dizziness, brain or nervous system disease, high blood pressure, heart or lung disease, dislocated shoulder, recurrent weakness or dislocation of any limb, no joint surgery, back surgery, diabetes, mental illness, drugs or alcohol. ⑥ Guests who participate in the zipline must confirm that they strictly meet the above requirements. Otherwise, if the guest provides false information or is unable to participate due to physical reasons, the fee will not be refunded. The guest shall bear all consequences. ⑦ Guests must bring their original passport or Emirates ID card and arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time. The loss caused by cancellation or delay due to the guest's own reasons shall be borne by the guest Precautions The venue does not provide luggage storage facilities The tour does not provide storage space for luggage/large backpacks, please leave them at your accommodation or in the car Guests are required to sign a waiver informing them of the risks of the activity Guest name must be the same as on passport Guests are required to bring a copy of their passport upon arrival Guests must arrive 20 minutes before their appointment time. If late, guests will be placed on hold and rescheduled at the next available time. Small locker for storing small items such as handbags, wallets, keys and mobile phones A camera will be mounted on your helmet throughout the experience. Personalized videos and photos will be sent to the registered email address. Digitally edited photos and videos are included in the Option and collected on site and sent to the email email address provided within 48 hours Please note that the entire experience takes approximately 90 minutes, with the ride itself lasting one minute The use of mobile phones is not allowed during the zipline experience Prohibitions & Restrictions This activity is not suitable for: people with high blood pressure/heart disease/other serious diseases/pregnant women/people with disabilities/infants and young children Please note that drunk people may be denied entry and no refund will be given. Dress Code Participants should wear comfortable clothing and closed shoes.
