  • You don't need to make a reservation for the Haeundae Coast Train. There are 7 stops in total, and you can take each stop at most once.
  • If you wish to ride the crystal car of Songdo Sea Cable Car, please queue up in the crystal car queue on site.
  • If a refund is required under special circumstances, we need to verify the situation with the supplier. We cannot confirm and process refunds on weekends and public holidays in Korea. The refund processing time varies. Please be patient. It usually takes 7 to 14 working days from the date of application. We will process it as soon as possible after verification.
  • If the physical card is damaged or lost, it cannot be reissued, cancelled or refunded. Please keep it properly.
