- A resident is a person who has lived in a country for more than 6 months and must be able to present proof of residency (such as a visa or residence card) or proof of citizenship (such as a passport) when traveling by train.
- If you have resided in Country A for more than 6 months but hold a Country B passport, you may fill in Country A as your country of residence on the payment page and show your passport and proof of residence on the train; or you may fill in Country B as your country of residence on the payment page and show your passport on the train.
- Important: An extra fee will be charged for children's seats booked with a Swiss Family Card
