The property is situated within the Yunshanshui area, which is characterized by artificial lakes and seasonal cypress forests. Visitors should arrange private transportation or taxis, as the estate is not directly accessible via high-frequency public transit routes.

Welcome to "Xinguang Zhaofeng Leisure Farm*Kenmeng Manor" in the East Longitudinal Valley. It is a large leisure farm and a happy paradise suitable for the five senses. The farm is located at the left turn under the Fengping Bridge on the 217th kilometer of the Provincial Highway. The Linrong-Singuang Railway Station of the Taiwan Railways is within the park, so it is more convenient to take the train. With vast forests and a natural and comfortable environment, you can easily visit the farm and manor as long as you put on light clothing, suitable shoes, and a straw hat.
