Frequently Asked Questions
About Wufeng Lin Family Gong-Bao-Di Park
Wufeng Linjia Garden is located at the foot of Wufeng Mountain in Taichung City. Built in 1893 (the nineteenth year of Guangxu, Qing Dynasty), the owner is Lin Wenqin, the father of Mr. Lin Xiantang, cultural giant. This garden mansion and the Taipei Banqiao Lin Family Garden are known as two typical examples of Taiwan's old mansion, and it is one of the monuments with traditional Chinese architecture and gardening art. Its area is slightly smaller than that of Taipei Banqiao Lin Family Garden, but its luxury is not inferior to the latter. There are Jingxun Building, Rongjingzhai, Gongbaodi, Second House, Laiyuan, Ancestral Hall, Cemetery and other buildings in the park.
