The farm has been in operation for over 30 years, transforming from a botanical farm into a leisure farm. The farm is suitable for all seasons, with a different flower season every month.

The farm's specialty is the edible roses used to make ice cream, hence the name flower ice cream. It is dyed pink and blue using the natural pigments of pitaya and gardenia.
The entire flower ice cream does not contain any chemical flavors and is made entirely of fresh milk without adding a drop of water, giving it a smoother taste.
