2. For those who use the Boai ticket, please purchase your ticket on-site and present your ID for identification verification. If you are unable to present your ID, you will need to purchase a full-price ticket.
3. If you use a discount ticket or a charity ticket and enter with a full ticket, you will not be able to request a partial refund or compensation for the difference in admission ticket price.
As animals are easily frightened, to ensure the safety of animals and visitors, running, playing, and loud noises are strictly prohibited in the park. Please be sure to cooperate.
4. Smoking, drinking, and chewing betel nut are strictly prohibited in the park. If the above behaviors are discovered by the staff, they will be asked to leave immediately.
5. Vouchers must be used on the day of entry and are only valid for consumption within the park. They cannot be converted into cash or transferred.
6. Pets are not allowed into the venue, except for guide dogs with identification
