The experience includes a stand-up paddleboard or canoe, a paddle, a life jacket, a waterproof bag, and on-site coaching from a certified instructor.

The on-water activity lasts for approximately two hours, though participants should allocate an additional 30 minutes for safety briefings and gear fitting.

Paddlers will navigate over clear, shallow coastal waters featuring visible coral reef formations and diverse tropical fish species native to the region.

You must take the High Speed Rail from Taipei to Zuoying Station in Kaohsiung, transfer to a bus or taxi to Donggang Harbor, and then take a 25-minute ferry to Xiaoliuqiu where the operator is located.

No prior experience is necessary, as the activity is designed for beginners and includes a comprehensive land-based tutorial before entering the water.

The activity is not wheelchair accessible and requires moderate physical mobility to board the watercraft from the beach and maintain balance or paddle.

The optimal period is between April and October when the sea is calm and water visibility is highest, whereas winter months often bring strong northeast monsoon winds that can cause cancellations.

Participants should bring swimwear, a change of dry clothes, reef-safe sunscreen, sunglasses with a retention strap, and a towel.

If ferry services are officially suspended by the maritime authorities, the operator will issue a full refund or allow you to reschedule the experience for an alternative date.

The operator provides access to basic freshwater rinse-off stations and changing rooms at the beach base for participants to use after the session.

️You can go into the water wearing swimsuits and light clothes; the snorkeling shop will provide cold weather clothing, please wear a swimsuit or underwear inside.
️It is recommended to bring toiletries and water; there are lockers and toilets (hair dryers) available for use!
️The coaches will help you take photos. Mobile phones, cameras, sunglasses, etc. can easily fall into the water, so it is not recommended to bring them into the water!
️The actual area where you will go into the water will depend on the sea conditions each day and can only be confirmed on the day!
️If you have heart disease, high or low blood pressure, epilepsy, asthma, infectious diseases, pregnancy, or other diseases that may easily cause physical discomfort, you are not allowed to participate in water activities.
