1. The Western Secret Path experience at Yuan Mountain requires online booking in advance. Please make your reservation at: http://bit.ly/2HzaUcI
2. On the day of your appointment, please go to the consultation counter on the right side of the first-floor lobby, where staff will redeem your QR code for entry.
3. Guided tour booking: Reservations can be made up to 90 days in advance from the opening date.
4. After booking online, please confirm via SMS or email. If you don't receive a notification, please contact us by phone.
5. Guests with heart conditions, pregnant women, seniors, those with claustrophobia, mobility issues, or any physical discomfort should not participate in the secret passage experience.
6. To preserve the historical integrity of the secret passage, guests are kindly requested not to use the slides, run, push, or damage the facilities.
7. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times for safety reasons (each child aged 12 or under requires one accompanying parent).
8. Please follow the safety requirements of our staff during the secret passage experience to ensure your safety and that of other guests.
9. The guided tour primarily uses Chinese as the service language. For groups of 20 or more requiring English or Japanese service, please call in advance. This service is not available for groups under 20.
