1. You do not need to make an advance reservation to use the ticket. Please inform the store when you arrive that you want to use the ticket to exchange it for the park admission ticket.
2. Each set of e-voucher can only be redeemed once and cannot be used again once redeemed. Please keep it properly. If the e-voucher is lost or redeemed by a third party, the loss shall be borne by the consumer and no reissue will be made.
3. This ticket is valid on weekdays and holidays, with unlimited play on weekdays and a 2-hour limit on Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays (including consecutive holidays). The price of this ticket may be higher than the on-site price on weekdays, and the price difference will not be refunded when this ticket is used for admission on weekdays.
4. The face value stated on the product and service vouchers of this platform is not equivalent to the selling price of this platform.
5. Parents or adults over 18 years of age must accompany their children throughout the entire process and must not leave them alone or be cared for by inappropriate persons.
6. No food or drink is allowed in the park (except for mineral water). All visitors are required to wear non-slip socks (also sold on site). Please wear casual pants when entering the park.
7. All toys and related accessories in the park are limited to the use of the circle space. Please cherish and share resources with others, guide children to develop good habits of sharing and returning them after use, and do not take them out of the park. If they are damaged, they should be compensated according to the price. If you take them out of the park by yourself, it will be regarded as theft and will be handled according to the law.
8. Please keep your belongings safe. If they are lost or stolen, the company will not be responsible for storage or compensation.
9. The park only provides venues. Please abide by the rules of the park, respect each other, and share resources. Accompanying parents are responsible for their children's safety. Please do not let children out of your sight or leave them alone in the park. If an accident, dispute or behavior that may cause injury occurs, the staff will ask them to leave after dissuasion is ineffective. The company is not responsible for any disputes arising from this.
10. Running is prohibited in the park. The company is not responsible for any injuries caused by failure to abide by the rules or improper use of playground equipment.
11. Guests who are unwell, have a fever of 37.5, have an infectious disease or have a special medical condition will not be allowed to enter the park.
12. The company reserves the right to control the number of visitors and change activity. Please abide by the regulations after entering the park.
