What to expect
Make your trip around Taiwan easier with this must-have transportation card! The EasyCard allows convenient travel on MRTs and buses across Taiwan and includes access to the Taoyuan Metro. Perfect for self-guided travelers, this card is exclusively available for non-Taiwan residents and can be collected at Taoyuan International Airport.

How to use
Show your mobile or printed voucher at the venue unless your confirmation email says otherwise. Ticket redemption steps are finalized when you choose a package in the partner portal.
Terms & conditions
- Children under 6 years old can ride for free (those taller than 115 cm must present ID). Each adult can bring a maximum of two children. Additional children must have their own tickets.
- Please keep your ticket/token safe. Lost tickets/tokens cannot be reissued. If you lose your ticket/token, you must purchase a new one from the staff at the exit gate. An additional one-way ticket fee of NT$50 will be charged.
- Passengers purchasing round-trip tickets need to redeem their tickets at the Taoyuan Airport MRT counter.
- Only one one-way/round-trip ticket can be redeemed per passport, so if you book two one-way/round-trip tickets, you'll need to provide two passports, and so on.
- This ticket can only be used to get on/off the train at any station between Taipei Main Station and Taoyuan Airport Station.
