- If a refund is requested before the scheduled date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking amount will be charged.
- Confirmed bookings are non-refundable; if the service provider's schedule permits, one free date change is allowed, which must be requested at least half a month in advance;
- No refund will be issued for bookings if travel is prevented due to force majeure circumstances such as transportation delays, strikes, aircraft malfunctions, or flight cancellations.
4. Emergency Booking Policy
Bookings made between 21:00 and 9:00 the next day are considered non-standard working hours bookings. By placing a booking, you acknowledge and agree that the supplier will process and contact you in booking order after 9:00 the next day.
Late-night/early morning service requiring additional staff effort will incur an emergency service fee, with safety assessment conducted.
5. Other fees description
Travel expenses and service fees for extended travel time due to distant service locations should be communicated and confirmed with the merchant in advance, and will be borne by the customer.
