Be sure to inform us in advance if you feel unwell.
On time to avoid missing the boat's departure time.
The itinerary cannot be canceled within three days before the activity, but the date can be changed once.
Wear comfortable clothes and capture the beautiful moments of your journey.
After entering the park, it's about a 5 to 10-minute walk to the boat dock. We recommend arriving at the park early.
Maintain cleanliness by properly disposing of trash and follow local visitor conduct guidelines.
Activities can proceed as usual on rainy days. Please bring your own raincoat or purchase one at the Green Boat's retail store.
If delays occur on the activity day due to traffic congestion or other personal factors, travelers must cooperate with our company's itinerary adjustments. No refunds will be provided for delays caused by personal reasons.
"Winter Mountain River Ecological Green Boat" admission ticket is NT$30 per person. This fee is not included in packages or other itineraries. (Cannot be purchased on behalf of others, tickets must be purchased on-site for entry)
