Must Do Experiences

• Navigate the thrilling rapids of the Köprülü Canyon on a white-water rafting expedition through ancient gorges. Race across dusty trails on a quad bike or buggy through rugged terrain and olive groves. Soar above the treetops on a zipline that offers panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and valleys.

Hidden Gems

• The Köprülü Canyon is home to an ancient Roman bridge over 2,000 years old — keep your eyes peeled for its stunning silhouette reflected in the river. Hidden swimming holes along the rafting route offer refreshing breaks in crystal-clear mountain waters. The jeep safari route passes through remote villages where you can glimpse traditional Turkish rural life untouched by mass tourism.

What Makes it Special

The combination of water, land, and aerial thrills ensures no two moments feel the same. Professional guides cater to varying fitness levels, so both beginners and seasoned adventurers can join the fun.

Perfect Timing

When to visit for the best experience

The ideal months for this tour are from May through October when water levels are suitable for rafting and temperatures are warm enough for outdoor activities. June and September offer the best balance of comfortable weather and fewer crowds.

Photography Guide

Capture the perfect shots

• Waterproof cameras or phone cases are essential for capturing rafting moments without risking damage. The zipline offers the best panoramic shots — keep your GoPro or camera secure and ready for the sweeping canyon views. Golden hour during the jeep safari provides stunning light for landscape and action photography.

Cultural Etiquette

Respect local customs and traditions

Turkish hospitality is renowned — don't hesitate to greet locals with a warm 'Merhaba' (hello). Removing your shoes when entering someone's home is a sign of respect. Try accepting a glass of Turkish tea if offered; it's a gesture of friendship and warmth.

• Summer adventure festivals occasionally take place in the Antalya region, featuring local music and outdoor competitions. The annual Köprülü Canyon Rafting Championship attracts competitors from across the country, usually held in July.
