- The operator will contact you within 24h to 48h of the tour date to confirm pick up location and time.
- The maximum capacity is 4 persons in a car so if you want to ensure a private car, please book for 4 pax.
- Pick up is from hotels only, however, if a private car is booked we can arrange the pick-up from the guest residence also, but we need clear location details.
- Quad bikes are available as an add-on to this booking or separately at the camp.
- If there are any changes in pick up times we will contact you by email or as a last resort contact the hotel you stay in.
- In case of sickness please contact us 24 hrs prior to the service date to reschedule your trip
- Child seats for infants can be provided upon request.
