Minimum 2 persons required to book this tour.
Please make sure of the exact pickup time with Desert Rose Team based on your city hotel in Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi Cruise Terminal etc.
The operator will contact you within 24h to 48h of the tour date to confirm pick up location and time.
The maximum capacity is 4 persons in a car so if you want to ensure a private car, please book for 4 pax.
Pick up is from hotels only, however, if a private car is booked we can arrange the pick-up from the guest residence also, but we need clear location details.
Quad bikes are available as an add-on to this booking or separately at the camp.
If there are any changes in pick up times we will contact you by email or as a last resort contact the hotel you stay in.
In case of sickness please contact us 24 hrs prior to the service date to reschedule your trip
Child seats for infants can be provided upon request.
Please mention at time of booking.

Any damage, injuries sustained, or items lost during the sand boarding or the optional quad biking activities are not covered by insurance and are solely the participant's responsibility.
Bring a hat, sandals or flip flops, your camera, sunscreen, and a light sweater during the winter or casual, loose fitting clothes in the summer.
Transportation in the land cruiser will be on a sharing basis with 6 people per car Or subject to change as per the UAE Law
