- Tickets are valid only for the date and time stated.
- Guests must arrive on time; late entry is not permitted.
- This is a group-based experience and entry is subject to capacity control.
- The experience is suitable for guests aged 4 years and above.
- The Virtual Reality (VR) walking arena is available for guests aged 6 years and above only.
- No carer tickets are available.
- The experience is held indoors at Festival City Shopping Mall, Level 2, North Entrance (near Hard Rock Cafe / Marks & Spencer).
- The venue is fully air-conditioned and wheelchair accessible.
- Animals, including service animals, are not permitted inside the venue.
- This is a walkthrough experience; limited seating is available for short rest breaks.
- Casual clothing is recommended.
- Guests usually spend approximately 1 hour at the experience.
- VR includes an audio guide; the exhibition areas do not.
- The experience does not include strobe lighting.
- The experience is suitable for hearing-impaired guests but is not recommended for visually impaired guests.
- Snacks and drinks are available for purchase on site.
- Merchandise including games, toys, and books is available for sale.
- Photography and video recording are allowed at designated points only.
- Complimentary parking is available at North Parking B1 or B2, Entrance 1, with direct access to the venue.Please contact on-site staff for lost items.

- Restrooms are available within the venue area; please ask staff for directions.
