Taking aesthetics, form, and history as its focus, the exhibition aims to provide a deeper understanding of the artist’s practice and introduce new audiences to one of the most significant sculptors working today. Presented solely at MoMA, this will be the first museum survey of Schütte’s work in the United States in over 20 years and will feature a selection of rarely seen works. Life Dances On: Robert Frank in Dialogue Exhibition period: : 2024-09-15 ~ 2025-01-10 This exhibition will provide new insights into the interdisciplinary and lesser-known aspects of photographer and filmmaker Robert Frank’s expansive career, delving into the six decades that followed Frank’s landmark photobook The Americans (1958) until his death in 2019.
