• Passport valid 6+ months
• Passport-sized photograph
• Return/onward ticket
• Hotel reservation or host address
• Bank statement (~180 days) showing sufficient funds
• For minors: birth certificate + parental consent

The arrival card is free when submitted through the official government service. It is separate from the visa application.
