Online application available — Sri Lanka runs an official ETA (Electronic Travel Authorization) at eta.gov.lk. Since 25 May 2026, 40 nationalities - INCLUDING India and Singapore - get a FREE 30-day tourist ETA (double entry). Everyone else pays US$50 online (US$20 for other SAARC nationals). Visa on arrival still exists as a costlier fallback but is no longer guaranteed.
