Important Guidelines & Safety

Essential safety information and guidelines

• Always apply the provided UV rashvest, sunblock, and zinc generously before entering the water, as the Australian sun is exceptionally harsh even on cloudy days.

• Stay strictly between the red and yellow flags where the lifeguards are patrolling and where your coach has designated the safe beginner zone.

• Protect your head and neck by falling flat into the water with your arms covering your head if you lose your balance on the board.
