Show your mobile or printed voucher at the venue unless your confirmation email says otherwise. Ticket redemption steps are finalized when you choose a package in the partner portal.

To access your tickets, you must download the Smartvisit app (available for free in the App Store and Google Play).

Your pass is valid for 5 consecutive calendar days from the day you redeem your first experience.

Entry to some experiences is subject to booking (via the Smartvisit app) - it's recommended you book tickets in advance to avoid disappointment.

Attractions can only be visited once.

A period of 1 hour must pass between redeeming benefits.

Attraction operating times are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances - please check with the individual attraction operators before visiting.

Refund requests will not be accepted if the pass has already been used to redeem an experience.
