Boarding Checklist
Head to HarbourFront Ferry Terminal at 5 HarbourFront Avenue. Take MRT to HarbourFront station (NE1/CC29), Exit B. Allow extra time during weekends and public holidays.
Present your passport and booking confirmation at the BatamFast check-in counter on Level 2. Collect your boarding pass and check in any luggage.
Clear Singapore departure immigration. Singapore citizens and PRs can use the automated gates for faster processing.
Head to the designated boarding gate shown on your boarding pass. Check-in counters close 30 minutes before departure — latecomers will not be allowed to board.
Board the ferry when called. Find your assigned seat. Stow cabin bags under the seat or in overhead compartments.

Batam Centre Ferry Terminal
ArrivalBatam Centre Ferry Terminal is located at Jl. Engku Putri, Batam Centre, and is the main international ferry terminal on Batam Island. Upon arrival, taxis and Grab cars are readily available outside the terminal building. The Mega Mall Batam Centre shopping complex is a 5-minute walk away, and Nagoya Hill is approximately a 20-minute drive. Immigration and customs clearance is processed inside the terminal.
